This project corrects the record in public. Independent prepublication audit fixes are logged here so the launch record is inspectable; after launch, every published claim, event, relationship, or source correction is likewise added as a dated, append-only entry. The original text is preserved in the entry — struck through, not erased.
A public direct-submission channel is not active in v0. The About page states that limitation rather than implying that outreach occurred. Documented responses and factual corrections identified through the cited record are prioritized over disagreements with a source itself.
